Intervention rapide is the second in a series on climate change. To find out more about the beginning of this series, check out Solitude

For Intervention rapide, as for the whole of my surrealist work, I had no idea of the subject at the outset. I started to paint without worrying about what would happen.
In general, the gestures I pose arise from spontaneous movements to which I respond in other equally automatic gestures. Even if it may seem like the result of chance,
the result shows me that one can reach the deep layers of its unconscious to bring out all the richness of its symbolism.
In Rapid Intervention we are about to fall into a precipice of which we may not be able to extricate ourselves, and some leaders of this world are proposing artificial solutions.
Do they really believe us all stupid? What will happen to the world will really depend on our ability to see what really exists and not the product of our hallucinations.
